These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and jiji333.org ("jiji333", "the Platform", "we", "our", "us"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the jiji333 website, mobile browser interface, game lobby, account services, and all related features and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the jiji333 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with jiji333's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Access to and use of the jiji333 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements simultaneously:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf;
• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, consistent with Philippine law and PAGCOR-aligned responsible gaming standards applicable to online casino-style gaming;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a Restricted Person as defined herein;
• You have not been previously self-excluded from jiji333 or any gambling platform under an active self-exclusion period;
• You have not had a jiji333 Account previously closed for cause or terminated for breach of these Terms.

Restricted Persons means employees, contractors, consultants, directors, officers, and immediate family members of jiji333, its affiliated entities, and its Game Providers. Restricted Persons may not open Accounts or participate in real-money wagering on the Platform without prior written authorization from jiji333 management.

To access real-money games on jiji333, you must register a personal Account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to: your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a mobile phone number registered in your name.

You are permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Opening multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. If jiji333 discovers that a Player holds more than one Account, all Accounts may be suspended and any balances and winnings may be forfeited at jiji333's sole discretion. Multiple accounts on the same device, IP address, household, or payment method may be treated as duplicate accounts absent satisfactory explanation.

You warrant that all registration information provided is truthful and that you will promptly update your Account information if any details change. jiji333 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain current, accurate account information.

jiji333 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing reasons and without incurring any liability.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login details to any third party, including family members.

You must notify jiji333 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or if your credentials have been compromised. jiji333 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials or failure to promptly notify jiji333 upon discovering a breach.

jiji333 reserves the right to suspend or lock an Account at any time if it suspects that Account security has been compromised, and will take reasonable steps to notify the registered Account holder by email or SMS.

jiji333 accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, 7-Eleven, USDT, and Coins.ph. Accepted payment methods are subject to change and the current list is displayed on the Platform at time of use.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including payment accounts registered to family members — are not permitted. jiji333 may request documentary evidence confirming ownership of payment accounts at any time.

Deposits are generally processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. jiji333 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may impose its own charges, for which jiji333 takes no responsibility.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100
• Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on payment method and account verification status.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once processed; contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.
• jiji333 reserves the right to decline or return deposits where Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance requirements are not met.

Players may request withdrawal of Real Money Funds from their Account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with jiji333 in writing.

Before processing any withdrawal, jiji333 may require the Account holder to complete Know Your Customer ("KYC") identity verification. KYC may include submission of a government-issued photo ID (Philippine National ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of residential address, and/or proof of payment method ownership.

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200
• GCash withdrawals for verified accounts: typically processed within 5 minutes
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO): typically processed within 30–60 minutes during banking hours
• Processing times may extend during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or security review
• Withdrawal requests that trigger AML review may be delayed pending investigation

jiji333 may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, promotional offers, reload incentives, and VIP rewards ("Bonuses") to Players. Each Bonus is subject to its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all jiji333 Bonuses:

• Each Bonus offer is available to one Account per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method;
• Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times ("wagering requirement") before any withdrawal can be made from a balance that includes Bonus-derived winnings;
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless the specific offer states otherwise;
• jiji333 reserves the right to modify or cancel any Bonus offer at any time;
• Bonus Funds and winnings generated from Bonus Funds may be forfeited if jiji333 determines that a Player has abused any promotional offer or engaged in Prohibited Conduct;
• Bonuses claimed using fraudulent, duplicate, or third-party payment methods will be voided.

jiji333 determines whether Player behaviour constitutes bonus abuse at its sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to low-risk hedging strategies specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, use of automated betting software, and coordination with other Players to exploit promotional conditions.

All games available on the jiji333 Platform are supplied by licensed, internationally regulated Game Providers. Random outcomes in slot games, table games, and specialty games are generated by certified Random Number Generators ("RNG") that have been independently tested for statistical fairness.

By participating in any game on jiji333, you acknowledge that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by certified RNG or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical randomness (cards, wheels, dice) verified by real-time camera;
• You understand the rules of each game before placing wagers;
• Gambling involves financial risk and results in losses as well as wins;
• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any individual session outcome;
• Any malfunction of software or hardware voids all affected game rounds, and jiji333 shall not be liable for losses arising from bona fide technical failures.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in jiji333's server logs shall be considered final and binding, unless jiji333 determines that a demonstrable technical error materially affected the result.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the jiji333 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, their balances and winnings forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name;
• Accessing the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or attempting to use the Platform to process proceeds of criminal activity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or gain unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Players in live dealer or multi-player game formats;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain winnings beyond normal gameplay;
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals other than those arising from genuine unauthorized transactions;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jiji333 staff or other Players via chat, email, or any other communication channel;
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorization;
• Any other conduct that jiji333 reasonably determines to be harmful, fraudulent, or contrary to the spirit of fair and responsible gaming.

jiji333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming as a core platform value. The Platform provides the following self-management tools, all accessible via Account Settings without requiring a support request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account;
• Loss Limits: Define maximum net loss thresholds per session or time period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after defined periods of active play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict Account access for 24, 48, or 72 hours;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform for periods of 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, jiji333 will take reasonable technical steps to block access to the Platform, though jiji333 cannot guarantee prevention of access if the Player uses different devices, browsers, or circumvention methods. Players under self-exclusion are asked to cooperate by not attempting to circumvent these controls.

All content on the jiji333 Platform — including but not limited to the jiji333 name, logo, visual design, text, graphics, game content, software code, database structure, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jiji333 or its respective third-party licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any jiji333 content without express prior written permission from jiji333.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jiji333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

jiji333 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Where jiji333 is responsible for a platform error that materially affects a game outcome, jiji333's liability shall be limited to refunding the wager amount of the affected round.

In no event shall jiji333's aggregate liability to any Player exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless required otherwise by applicable mandatory law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jiji333's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter where limitation of liability is prohibited by applicable law.

jiji333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jiji333 reasonably believes that:

• The Player has engaged in Prohibited Conduct;
• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or other criminal purposes;
• Regulatory or legal obligations require closure of the Account;
• The Player has provided false registration information;
• jiji333 is required to do so by a court order, government authority, or regulatory body.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting jiji333 support. Upon voluntary closure, Real Money Funds remaining in the Account Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method following identity verification.

In the event of any dispute between you and jiji333 regarding Platform operation, game outcomes, payments, or Account matters, you must first contact jiji333 customer support at [email protected] and allow jiji333 a minimum of ten (10) business days to investigate and respond before pursuing any other resolution path.

All disputes relating to game outcomes shall be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of the disputed event. Disputes submitted beyond this period may not be considered. jiji333's determination of game outcome disputes, based on its server logs and game provider records, shall be final and binding.

jiji333 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address on file, and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least five (5) business days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the change.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Philippine law.

Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines in relation to any dispute arising out of these Terms, unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
